Once your account is deleted, all of your data including profile information, device posts, projects, and social connections will be permanently removed and cannot be recovered.

What happens when you delete your account?

Data that will be permanently deleted:

  • Your profile information (username, display name, bio, profile photo)
  • Your account credentials and authentication data
  • All device posts and shared content
  • Your social connections (followers and following)
  • Subscriptions, reactions, dashboards, presets, and other content
  • Private messages and communications
  • App preferences and settings

Data retention exceptions:

In some cases, we may be required to retain certain data for legal or legitimate business purposes, such as:

  • Records of financial transactions (if applicable)
  • Data necessary to comply with legal obligations
  • Aggregated or anonymized data that cannot be linked back to you

Alternative options:

If you're unsure about permanent deletion, consider these alternatives:

  • Temporary deactivation: Contact us to temporarily disable your account instead of permanent deletion.
  • Data export: Request a copy of your data before deletion.
  • Selective deletion: Ask about removing specific data while keeping your account active.
